Atsumi Peninsula “Treasure hunting at the beach”
~Clam digging spots information~

Mikawa Bay is one of the principle landing ports for asari clams. Because of the nutritious plankton from the Pacific Ocean and water from two rivers, asari clams in Atsumi Peninsula are puffy. Dig in the beach, and you will find plenty of asari clams. Clam digging is just like treasure hunting – whether you are a child or an adult, you will have lots of fun.
